|
My debit card isn’t working at the store, online, or at the ATM. Why?
We hate when this happens. It could happen for a number of reasons, but there are a few to highlight. If you’re in the store or at an ATM, the card’s magnetic strip may be out of sorts. If so, you’ll need a new card. Perhaps you turned off your debit card in our CardValet and forgot to turn it back on. Another common occurrence is that you’ve hit the maximum daily limit for purchases on your debit card. There is also a daily withdrawal limit at ATMs. If you need a higher limit temporarily, please call us to have that approved before making your purchase.
