Don’t worry, people lose their cards all of the time. You might have just misplaced it. Whether you misplaced it or it was stolen, we have the steps you need to take on our Lost/Stolen Cards page.
Woo-hoo! Vacations are fun. Your card being declined isn’t fun. We do encourage you to let us know via the Messages section of Banking Butler®, by calling us, or visiting a branch location. If you have multiple debit cards, giving us the last four numbers of the debit card will be helpful. We just need to know where you’re going, so we can ensure your debit card transactions are processed normally. Please give us advance notice of your travels. This applies to any travel outside of Indiana and Kentucky.
We appreciate you being vigilant and wondering if it’s really us. We monitor debit card activity 24/7. Our Fraud Department will never ask you for your account number or Social Security number. If you speak to someone who asks you for this information, it's not us.
Your card is good through the month and year listed as your expiration date on your card. You will receive a replacement card in the month in which it expires via the mail.
Unfortunately, we can’t stop debit card purchases. However, if you see a charge that you don't recognize, contact us immediately. We encourage you to use CardValet to turn off your debit card as soon as possible. See our Lost/Stolen Cards page for more details.
If you have forgotten your PIN, please call us to order you a new one or visit us to get a new one instantly.
We have a complete and robust set of alerts for debit card purchases. Check out CardValet. You can also set other types of alerts on the Alerts page of Banking Butler®.
