If you've lost your First Harrison Debit Mastercard® and/or feel like it's been stolen, you'll want to take action as quickly as possible. We have several options for you to take care of any potential issues.
Card Concierge
Card Concierge is our next-generation debit card management and fraud mitigation tool for First Harrison Bank Debit Mastercard® holders. It's built in to the Banking Butler app and gives you the ability to actively manage your debit card usage by defining when, where, and how your card is used. Call Us
To report a lost or stolen First Harrison Personal Debit Card, call:
- 812-364-6192 or 800-422-6192 during banking hours.
- 800-472-3272 outside of banking hours.
When you call us, we can mail you a new debit card, or you can choose to stop by one of our locations, and we can print you an Instant Issue Debit Card.
Visit Us
Stop by one of our locations and let us know what’s happened with your First Harrison Debit Mastercard. We’ll take care of the issue in a jiffy. You could even walk out of our locations with an Instant Issue Debit Card.
Credit Cards
If you need to report a lost/stolen credit card, please call 1-800-367-7576. Our partner bank, TIB, will be able to help with stopping your existing card and getting a new one to you in the mail quickly.
Mobile Wallet
When you have a First Harrison Debit Mastercard® or credit card, you can use your card in mobile wallets. It's safer and more convenient than using your physical card. Keep that card in your wallet and tap to make that purchase!
