Accounts FAQs

Due to security reasons, we hide your full account number on your statements and in Banking Butler®. You can find your account number on the bottom of your checks, in your account agreement, or by calling us. The bank’s routing number can be found in the footer of our site. For your reference, it is 083913033. The image below is a sample of where to look for this information on checks.

To change your contact information, please give us a call, visit us at one of our locations, or change it within Banking Butler® in the Preferences menu.

It’s very important that we have your correct contact information in case we need to contact you.

If you like someone enough to add them as an account holder to your existing account, the account owner and any additional persons will need to visit a branch location. All parties will need proper identification for verification.

The party that wants to be removed would need to visit a branch location and sign some documents. After that is finished, the remaining owners will need to sign a few documents as well. In the case of death, a death certificate would be needed, and some account documents would need to be signed by the surviving owners.

First time check orders must be placed by one of our staff members. You can visit us at a branch or by calling us.

If we have ordered checks for you from our preferred vendor, Harland Clarke, before, then you can simply reorder on the Harland Clarke website, by calling us, or visiting a branch location.

To place a stop payment on a check or pre-authorized payment, you can do so in Banking Butler®'s Activity Center. You will need the check number, amount, payee, and the date the check was written. You can also call us or visit us at any branch location.

Rats! It looks like you didn’t have enough funds to cover all the transactions that came through at the end of the previous business day. Overdraft fees are always charged the next business day. See our Overdraft Coverage page for more details. If you have a question, please call us or visit one of our branch locations.

For a listing of our fees, including overdraft and NSF, see our Fee Schedule.

Indeed! Overdraft Coverage comes in handy to ensure your purchase goes through when you need it most. Overdraft Protection can come in handy when you’re running low on funds. This service will automatically transfer funds to cover any potential overdraft from First Harrison Bank deposit accounts or lines of credit.

We hate to see you go! We know that life happens sometimes. If you need to close an account with us, please call or visit a branch location. The account closure process is easiest if your balance is $0.
