We make it EASY to choose the credit card that is right for you. Your card will be the only card you need for everything you need to do. We offer a variety of personal and business card options. You also have the choice of Mastercard® or Visa® on many of our cards.

Online Access
You can access your credit card online at www.CardAccount.net. From the site, you can make payments, redeem rewards, review your statement, and much more.
Our credit card app is available on Android and Apple!
Note: The apps will be listed as being from TIB.
Rewards
With our Personal Preferred Points, Business Preferred Points, or Personal World cards, you can redeem your earned points from purchases for cash back, travel, merchandise, gift cards, experiences, and charity. You can access your points via the online access website or www.MyPreferredPoints.com.

If you have lost your card, need to dispute a charge, or have a question about your credit card account, you can visit www.CardAccount.net or call 1-800-367-7576 within the United States or +1 972-969-4872 internationally.
